In principle, the Portal features and other Services have an indefinite duration. QST is however authorized to suspend these services. When reasonably possible, it will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the Portal service.

12.2 Why, and with what legitimacy, does QST process my personal data?

All this without prejudice to the obligation of complying with the legal limitation periods that may arise from each of the contracts you may sign with QST (such as data regulated by the General Telecommunications Act).
